Project proposes the reconstruction of the abandoned old hospital site by inserting new educational and public program in breathtaking Natural Park.

By opening this whole area we are increasing open/public spaces of Dubrovnik and making space for planed University facilities; faculties of Humanistic, Music and Art, public Library along with NGO facilities etc.

By creating new cultural density and social structure, future position of Dubrovnik in Europe and transformation of the site by introducing New Intellectual Tourism will enable citizens to study in this Arcadian environment throughout whole year.
